This is a beach house we had moved to this location in 2007. (no idea the actual age' My guess is 60's or 70's. Owners put it on a high foundation to make it easier for contractor to work. In 2007: New insulation in walls, ceiling, floor, Roof, Floors, all plumbing and electrical, all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and vanities are 2007. New in 2024: All New HVAC inside and outside units, New toilets, New fence, New Kitchen Appliances (all but the stove which appears not to have been used very much so ... like new). New floors, New Interior Paint, New Porch Paint (front and back).
